QAI Global runs on the principle of “Exploring Possibilities”, be it providing solutions to their clients or driving their workforce to connect with the underprivileged sections of the society.

Although, they conduct regular employee engagement activities but this time around they decided to make it more meaningful through a volunteering event with the motive of connecting employees with the pressing social issues. Holi emerged as the ideal occasion to extend the celebrations with underprivileged children. To accomplish their vision, they collaborated with Bridge Impact for organising a volunteering event, ‘Colour For Good: Holi 2018’ to make the event more meaningful for employees to ensure it leaves a lasting impact on their hearts and minds.

At the event, employees participated in teams of 3-4 members each and made posters for children aged 6-12 years, which conveyed the message of saving water on Holi. All posters were put up on display at the partner NGO, Lakshyam educational centre. The winning team with the most creative poster received a special gift hamper and a chance to visit the partner NGO Lakshyam, where they interacted with the underprivileged children and educated them on the importance of saving water.

The event created a three-way impact. Employees accomplished the responsible task of educating 25 underprivileged children while revisiting the importance of saving water themselves as well as spreading the message amongst their friends and families. We are delighted to have associated with Bridge Impact for creating and organizing a wonderful event for us to connect with the society and truly make a difference.
